Rose Tasting
Our next tasting will be at 7:30PM on Thursday July 13th. We will be tasting six Rose wines. Since World War II, Rose wines have tended to be sweet, insipid wines. But in the last few years winemakers have rediscovered the bigger, drier style. This classic wine of Provence is now available from around the world. We will include wines from France, California, and some other unexpected countries. And with luck we will manage to hit a hot spell that tends to make a crisp Rose hit the spot.
The cost will be our usual $25 for members and $30 for non-members.
Members get a preferential right to sign up for this tasting through Monday June 19th. After that everybody will be able to sign up.
