We plan to explore the four primary grape varietals that are used in the wines of the Bordeaux region of France. We will taste Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot. To these four we will add a French Bordeaux and a Bordeaux-blend from California. As these wines tend to be a bit pricey, the cost will be $30 for members and $35 for non-members. Members get a preferential right to sign up for this tasting through Thursday, February 13th. After that it will be opened to non-members.
