The Hillside Club is ideal for private party rentals, celebrations, conferences, meetings, weddings, exhibitions, memorials, lectures, ceremonies, formal and informal events.

 

Classroom settings with theater size screen/projection is available for conferences, lectures,  and presentations,

 

The approximately 1900 square-foot hall can accommodate up to 150 people in a theater-style setting, 100 people for seated dining, and 180 people for standing room only mixers and concerts. It is available year-round.

 

The Hillside Club is an integral part of Berkeley's history and is a warm, friendly, and charming place to host your event. The English Tudor architectural style hall features a high wood beamed ceiling and massive ornamental fireplace. Afternoon light traverses the tall, divided light windows, warming the wood interior. The hardwood floor is perfect for dancing.

 

Your basic rental includes the use of tables and chairs, a warming kitchen and attending management. Other options include full-size stage and screen, green room, AV system, WiFi, microphones, projector, Steinway grand piano, and room arrangement and setup support.
